Job Description
The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for evaluating, setting an individualized plan of care and individualized goals, and planning treatments for patients. Additionally documenting evaluations, re-evaluations, treatment, progress notes, discharge notes and updating plan of care. The PT supervises and directs the treatment plan and supervises the Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).
Qualifications
Must be licensed for Physical Therapy in the State of Kansas.

Position will be located in Kinsley & Spearville. Candidate must be willing and able to work at both locations.
