Notice of Third-Party Data Security Event

On or about December 18, 2025, Aesto, a third-party vendor used by Edwards County Medical Center (“ECMC”) experienced a network security incident that impacted a limited portion of their Amazon Web Services infrastructure. On June 26, 2026, ECMC was notified that some ECMC patients may have been impacted as a result of the Incident Aesto experienced.
